A. We are financial consultants based at India arranging various types of loans for our international borrowers and brokers. We are NOT direct lenders.
Q. Do you charge any upfront fees?
A. We NEVER charge any upfront fees from our borrowers and all our fees are payable at closing out of the loan proceeds.
Q. As you are based in India, please explain how you will be able to arrange funding within USA, Canada or European countries?
A. We work with many commercial real estate and hard money lenders based in USA, Canada, Europe and Asia. Infact, 70% of our lenders and financiers are based within USA and Canada region only.
Q. What are your fees and when they are payable?
A. Our fee depends on many factors as each loan is different. It depends on the loan amount, complexity and structure of a deal etc. Our fee usually range between 1%-5% of the gross loan amount and is always payable at closing out of the loan proceeds.
